I have been trying to downgrade my package today on my decoder V*** but instead it want to reconnect the decoder that is not working. Today the 15th it my pay day and i can't pay for package i don't want before even that self service its not helps. Tomorrow they will be telling me that i can't change the package and they will be adding more money. Dstv its becoming a **** each and everyday. That decoder V26 something its not working anymore.
