7am telephone Harassment by DSTV collection agent

I stopped subscribing to DSTV 3 years ago

This morning I get a Tel call at 7.10am from Wendy , calling on behalf of a agency regarding my arrears DSTV account

She refused to give me her surname and company details When asked why she is calling me at this hour , she said her working hours is 7am - 4pm The more I asked her for her details, the more she demanded a payment commitment from me

Is this how DSTV handles the customers they lost to other platforms???

Why call me at 7am in the morning??
