22 Apr 2022, 18:15My viewing is being deactivated and I changed my payment date three weeks ago but today I was told by Mbali that I only changed and she was rude and made feel stupid as she even went to tell me her supervisor is in a meeting on Friday 17:56.
I also spoke to Sisanda Diko who did not help as well then Anele..

I was told to pay on the 25 including pro rata as you can see the amount is R534 from R429 plus insurance. I have never being so humiliated by this three consultants and so much money on the telephone hoping to get help.
On Monday I will be told to pay Pro rata on a deactivated service
