65 + discount

I am trying to access the 65 and older discount that Dstv promote at this link: https://www.dstv.com/en-za/legal/terms-conditions/rewards/65-reward-tcs#:~:text=65%2B%20Reward%20Terms%20%26%20Conditions,on%20one%20subscription%20per%20account.

But there’s no info on how to do this and the chat bot (absolutely useless) is saying there is no pensioner discount.

So which is it, and why can’t DSTV just play it straight and tell people how to access the discount? It seems unnecessarily sneaky. Either that or they’re promoting something that isn’t available. I gather I am not the only person who has run up against this murky confusion.
