We paid for an explora decoder via the online store 9 August 2026 but never received it. We have no one that we can phone to speak to in person to assist us. The only way of communication that there is is via WhatsApp messages and online messages to agents that keep saying they will escalate the issue and then you never hear from anyone again. DSTV HAS ****** R1500 FROM US!!! I have been struggling to get assistance for over a month now. THIS IS BLATANT THEFT!!!
