6 WEEKS AND STILL WAITING--CALL CENTRE PATHETIC
I have a number of reference numbers that have not been resolved over a 6 WEEK PERIOD. In February I installed the new Explora and was quoted the package price of R799.00. At the end of February I was over-charged and contacted Multichoice to resolve this issue. The call centre people have not understood my problem and so quite obviously have not been able to assist me. MY REAL PROBLEM IS THAT I HAVE ASKED FOR A CREDIT MANAGER TO CONTACT ME BUT UP TO NOW I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THIS CALL REQUEST!!!
I get the impression that these credit managers are afraid to talk to the public--who are their clients-- and hide behind their desks.
MY QUESTION is HOW MANY CALLS DO I HAVE TO MAKE BEFORE A PERSON IN AUTHORITY CAN CALL ME TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE.
PLEASE CAN THE DIRECTOR WHO HEADS UP THE CREDIT DEPARTMENT CALL ME TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE as I am sick and tired of talking to people who can not assist me?????
