On the 26th August I emailed change of ownership forms as i am taking over a decorder from my sister, on the 28th August i was very happy to receive a call from an agent by the name of Nokuthula Nyembe wanting to confirm and finalise my request, though the call got cut due to my phone's battery being dead, i am so happy that Nokuthula did finalise my request as I did later receive a confirmation email.
