Multichoice is a ****.i spoke to one of their agent about a week ago.and requested to set up a debit order.the debit order date was set to the 8th of every month.today they disconnected my services and i was told to pay R103 to cover until the 8th and my normal subscription will be debited on the 8th.the agent did not tell me that i will have to pay.if i have known i would have paid My subscription of R150 to cover the whole month.now they want me to pay R103 and then R159 again.that is day light *******.dstv is still robbing people even though a lot of people are now streaming because of smart tv.i am only paying because of the tv in my bedroom .otherwise i would be using only my main house tv.
