So I used the My Dstv app to purchase airtime using coins, my coins were deducted however I did not receive the airtime due it giving me an error message reading "404 campaign not found" I've been in touch with the technical department but they too could not assist. My voucher eventually expired. So coins gone and still no airtime. 😪
