400gig DSTV Internet

I was offered the 400gig anytime internet and router package which includes my compact decoder. I was told the anytime package means there's no night or day data when I enquired before taking the package but now the internet doesn't work. Their CallCentre agents informs me that the package has night and day data, meaning my day data has depleted. What does anytime data mean actually?

I feel this mislead me in taking the package when I could have installed unlimited fibre internet and pay the less amount. It's been nothing but frustrations since I took this package, I had to drive around your different outlets because the internet simcard wasn't Rica'd, next I was billed incorrectly last month and I was told it will be credited this month but now I'm receiving an sms indicating that my debit order will be R980 instead of R749, I seriously regret taking this offer.
