4 Debit orders taken after cancellation

My dad cancelled his subscription in February 2019. We have contacted the call centre numerous times, and stiill they debotbit his account. 4 debits orders taken after we cancelled his subscription!!!! Ernest can you please resolve this for us and reverse all the money taken out of his account. My dad only receives a monthly pension.
