3RD TIME REGARDING SAME COMPLAINT

This is the 3rd review I am writing. I have responded in private but when I do so, I receive no feedback. My complaint is not resolved. This is despite Multichoice telling me that they have tried to phone me and email me. No email received but have noted the missed calls. The response you gave regarding my complaint was that it was fixed. It has NOT been fixed. I don't think you understand what I am saying. I took out a contract to to enjoy the 20% subscription discount. I take out the contract and **** the 20% discount is no longer available. Not just that there is now also no 10%.
