3rd Review - Request for refund since December 2020
Sandile from Multichoice... can you please honour your promise and assist with my refund. This is the 3rd review i am writing for the same matter. Sandile called 1st week of March and promised that i would receive my refund within 2 days... a month later and i am still waiting. This is extremely unacceptable and poor customer service Multichoice!
