3rd complaint. Issue not yet resolved after promises being made to attend to the issue.
I called in on the 4th of Nov and requested to speak to a TL (line manager ) was promised to be called back and no one did till date . I need to speak to someone regarding this ASAP , Multichoice employees have such a pathetic customer service
