Bad service from MultiChoice and NMS Insurance Services.

I have been paying my insurance premiums consistently, but now that I need to submit a claim, I am being given different stories and told that I am not covered for the part I am claiming for.

Trying to get hold of them is also extremely difficult and frustrating. The level of service has been disappointing from start to finish.

Because of this experience, I decided to cancel my policy. This has honestly been one of the worst decisions I have ever made.

I will be sharing my experience on social media to help warn others and prevent them from going through the same situation.
