37 Movies One Night - New Record

<p>Four calls all over an hour. People telling me I need to pay my Box Office account then I will not have any problem renting a movie, although my account is paid via debit order?!</p> <p>Eventually today I was told that I rented 37 movies one night (16 May). Been billed for it but they have no record that I actually rented the movies, just showing on the financial statement. Glitch in the system, apologies, blablabla......</p> <p>Was promised today that this will be rectified, I can go home and rent a moving!! What a joke Multichoice!
