35 days and still waiting for a PVR decoder!
Multichoice responded beautifully to my previous complaint , that was lodged on 2 February 2015...within hours! But that was it! After they kept me busy for almost an half an hour to do a credit check ( which their customer service told me was not going to be necessary because I am an existing client) the sales person told me that there was no record of me being on their debit order list. I asked her to send me an email, so that I can forward her Multichoices' confirmation of my debit order details, as I got it from THEM last year, when I switched from being a 'cash client' to their debit order system. I never received an email from her, BUT sent the details to their invisible department, all the same .
On the 3rd February I received another call from the same lady, wanting to verify my debit order details, that she finally found on their system . I told her that I was driving and could not verify the details just then, BUT that I have emailed the details to their department, which was verified by yet another automated response. She promised to follow it up and get back to me.
DID I hear that promise before...? 35 days and still waiting.
