How do I cancel DStv?

I am so exhausted with them. My DStv has had a 30-0 error for over a week.

I have been on their live chat for the whole week. The support agents are so clueless they keep providing me with the same instructions - same instructions, different people, and the instructions never work. I do not have the energy anymore. I am tired.
