3 weeks to return credit.

i opted to pay my Multichoice account for 1 year in advance but the amount due was debited twice. I informed Multichoice about the error and requested an immediate credit for the additional amount debited. It took a total of 3 weeks to return my credit and in this time encountered a lot of financial difficulty together with other service provider queries. In this time i have spoken to different levels in the Multichoice Business but could not get the joy needed. The error is finally resolved but needed to bring this to the consumers attention. However i am stiil waiting for a call from the operations Manager - Faith because her previous promise to meet my credit deadline was not met.
