3 months subscription not working even after multiple promises

The worst experience to date, Multiple emails, calls and chats, bought a decoder and 3 months subscription but evrry other 2 days my account is blocked, this is just horrible, all they know what to do is call and offer life insurance, the company is not even ressponding to emails, why sell offers in the first place.

If it wasn't for my kids i wpuldnt even subscribe to this horrible service.

Words can't even explain the utter disrespectful that multichoice is giving us. Whats disgusting is that every time you call theu open the service only for 3 days, you are horrible multichoice
