3 Months of Disney+ on us... Lies This offer is a complete lie, this service was added to my account without my permission and I was charged for something I am not going to use and never agreed to take.

They promise people 3 months free subscription and then change them. I have read that this is happening to all Dstv subscribers. I wasted my time and airtime calling your call centre, which can't remove this service, the *********** lady transferred my call without my consent to another department which she knows is closed so she can drop the call.

I never had such bad service and in the past they would ask to rate the call and service but now they just don't care.

I want this service removed immediately and my money refunded.
