2ND COMPLAIN: BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NOT GETTING BACK TO CUSTOMER WITH COMPLAINS
Please tell me how is my services on and yet i have been handed over to debt collectors. I need someone to explain that to me. I have paid you and i am getting irritating sms's from debt collectors. WHY?
