Took up a two year offer for dstv but miraculously ended up with a disney plus subscription without any consent. Whilst I have opted to keep the service, the fact that it was added without consent is concerning. Please provide evidence of where consent was obtained and I have to call in to question your trust worthiness if you just allow this to happen. I have read numerous reviews and there are a lot of complaints with reference to the same issue. I must be the 1 in 100 who has optes to keep the service but I stand by the fact that it's *********

I spoke to your chat person now how couldn't give me any answers and your cagey behavior over the matter and numerous other complaints are leading me to the conclusion you did do something wrong.. So can you please confirm. Did you or did you not acquire the proper consent to activate it
