24 Months contract ***** renewal

I got emails to renew my 24 months contract, i called in yesterday after paying the last installment for the contract i had. Today I'm told i have a contract left with 23 months. That's ***** someone of their staff reactivated the contract without my concern. I have proof of emails that states i have to renew my contract. Someone must fix this mess ASAP before they loose a loyal client for years.

I also want to cancel their insurance effective immediately, a new contract that i want R419 compact, R125 PVR and Catch not the expired contract they are offering me without my concern. Hoping the R419 compact all the channels i have now will be there.
