Received a call from a Multichoice agent telling me that Multichoice would like to “reward” me with a benefit whereby my family will have a choice to watch DSTV free for 2yrs or get R18000 when I pass away and asked me to nominate a beneficiary, that’s when I asked if it’s free and the lady still said yes then all of a sudden said now I’ll pay R82 along with my subscription that’s when I realised she was actually trying to trick me into getting a cover from Multichoice and this was the second agent from Multichoice to do this,
