2024 off to a [not] great start

After last night's debit order run, I noted that the amount I usually pay for my Dstv subscription had increased by R139 - this being the cost of Dstv adding a subscription for Disney+ to my bill. I'd love to know who authorised this as I did not request this.

I tried calling their call centre but none of the options allow me to speak to an actual HUMAN BEING which I'm sure they do on purpose.
