Poor customer service 😞 from last month I have been calling for the error on my account to be fixed without any luck.The app was increasing my account when you send a message instalment gets higher to R1989 I called they promised to fix it only got an sms to pay R932 which I apd on the 25th but I am still in errears that I don't even have the decoder for it.Can to this be fixed with immediate effect as I know my account is up to date.
