2 Weeks later - still waiting for refund to be processed

Do we always have to come to this platform to make a point and get your attention. It's been two weeks waiting for my refund. This is tiring and annoying. Your agents promised that I will receive my refund in 3 days....guess what? 2 weeks later, here I am writing another review. Your service is appalling to say the list!!!!! You do not even make follow up phone calls. Very disappointing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
