2 weeks and still not working

This is the worst help iv ever had I bought dstv last week and been struggling with it since iv been phoneing using over R1000 airtime just to get told I must leave my TV on if not that then I speak to a rude call center agent that doesn't even say who he is. Buying Dstv was my worst decision
