I have always had to deposit my monthly payment as the debit order never worked.So this month I transferred the funds as per usual but guess what? I got debited!! So 2 amounts of R550 went off to DSTV and threw my budget totally out of whack. Hoping this complaint helps because the last time I called the centre I was given empty promises for an entire month
