2 months to deliver

<p>I ordered an explora through their advertised DPP program. The deal incuded the Explora and a wifi connector. They deliver the wrong package, they delivered the decoder and a smart lnd for the disch. Since i use a commnal dish, i cannot alter the installation hence the choice of package. After a week-long day investigation, they concluded that they had delivered the wrong package and promised to deliver the wifi connector and retrieve the smart lnb.</p> <p> </p> <p>However, it is 5 WEEKS LATER AND STILL NOTHING. In frustration I drove to Randburg AT MY OWN EXPENSE but the staff and manager there were not aware that the package even existed, which is strange since this package is frequently advertised.</p> <p> </p> <p>IT IS HIGH TIME DSTV GOT A REAL COMPETITOR SO THAT APPALLING SERVICE LIKE THIS CAN GET THE TREATMENT IT REALLY DESERVES!!!</p>
