2 months no decoder after pricelock....

I've been waiting for my explorer decoder for over 2 months now on the premium price lock ! They gave me a number to call again today and I put the phone down after listening to the wait for operator music for over 25 minutes . When they call you and do the contract they say its within 2 weeks but nothing after 2 months . Where is the friendly people that must assist you , only in the contract dept. after that they don't care ……………..
