2 Months later, payment remains unallocated.
During July I changed the account from which the debit order was taken. The online system stayed in a pending state and the debit order was not run. on 5 August I proceeded to pay the amount via internet banking using my account number and not my customer number as reference. This resulted in an unallocated payment. After 5 calls to different agents and 'supervisors' and calls from the social media team at MultiChoice the payments is still unallocated.

Asking for assistance generates nothing but empty promises and lies. Multichoice even responded to an a0mail saying that the allocation has been done to only disconnect my service a couple of days later due to 'non-payment' As yet, the payment remains unallocated. My next debit order, due 01/10/2015 is now set for a double installment for something that is not in arrears. Can it truly be that difficult to allocate a payment when I have sent the ABSA proof of payment to Multichoice on 4 different occasions?
