2 months and still now refund on ******* deduction

So its now almost 2 months and 4 hellopeter bad reviews and still no posetive feedback from DSTV. Almost 2 months and they still dont refund me an ******* deduction. They only reply on my review and further than that nothing happens!! They are now considered *****ing my money and they dont refund me after numerous telephonic and review requests! Worst worst worst service ever! Lets see what they will promise now like the prcious times
