2 Hello P Complaints, 15 emails, 17 Tweets, 21 DM
Hi
I have been trying to resolve your billing blunder on my account for 3 months now. If I'm not disconnected, I'm told I owe you money when I've paid my account in full every month. On 01/11/2015 Multichoice eventually took the amount you've been insisting I owe you. I am on DSTV Compact which cost R319 per month. This month, I was billed R477.50 apparently because in September, beside paying my account in full on 03/09/15, Multichoice told me I owe R159 for the second part of the month.
My problem started when your systems crashed in September. I was disconnected and after sending proof of payment 4 times, through email and Twitter, I was reconnected a day later and then disconnected a week later and told to pay again. I resent the proof of payment and was reconnected again but my account then reflected that I owe R159 for the period between 16 and 30 September. How can I owe that money when Multichoice confirmed in two email correspondences that my payment had been allocated and wrong reconnection fees reversed
I took this up with Twitter and one manager said my balance was zero. On the same day after I send a screengrab of my account, another social manager said I indeed owe!
