15 days later and no feedback on complaint

DSTV hello is anyone there? I posted a complaint 15 days ago as your helpdesk does not come back to me either. Do I need to take this further as you are now ******* in my book. No feedback on my logged complaints with your helpdesk as well as my 2nd complaint on this site and I will be taking this further.
