The 12 days of Christmas competition is such a sham. I won an upgrade to premium for a month, like other customers I believe but was never upgraded. The excuses are endless since January. 1. They say I downgraded my package after I won. That's a lie as the agent assisting said they could see I did not downgrade during the time mentioned. 2. Today I'm told I disconnected my services to which the agent assisting also said they can see I did not disconnect at any point. Dstv your services are beyond questionable. Where are your code of business ethics. I'm shocked
