10 minutes to get on the air after a power outage

This morning my tv was on the Le Mans 24 hours, which runs from 15h00 on Sa****ay till 15h00 on Sunday, when my power went out at 9h30. As the power came on, the Explora's hard drive did not want to work correctly, and I rebooted it, still it did not want to work. After the second time I rebooted it, the hard drive eventually would work, but then an E32-4 message came up that said my account had been suspended, which I then had to sort out via the DStv app. The service is working now, but I find it unacceptable as to your network cutting me off when my bill is paid up to date, and this is not the first time that this has happened. I occasionally go away for 2 to 3 weeks and schedule a lot of stuff te record, last time when I came back almost nothing recorded due to this issue, still I had to pay for a whole ****ing month's service. You have to sort out your issues, as it means nothing to have an Explora that can do so much as your adverts say, but your service keeps me from reaping the full benefits.

Dear Weibrand Luwes

Thank you for taking your time to contact us.

An E32-4 error message should clear within 5 minutes without any user intervention. You need to leave the decoder on any service without login in on the DStv app. This message will appear in a case where a continuous key press has been done depleting what we call “a key press credit” and should clear on its own.

Regarding the recordings, kindly confirm the error message you get under Failed Recordings screen when go to Planner -> Schedules for the specific failed recordings. This will give us an indication of why his recordings failed.

Kind regards

Dinah
