10 calls later and no reconnection

<p>Ive called dstv since 10 am, trying to make payments and reconnect. Their app had problems, their online service had problems. R1089 later and more calls, no reconnection, im told to make a further 345 payments for a package and request reconnection. 10 calls and R1400 odd later, and all day mind you! Ive still got no connection!!!!</p>
