1 week later no follow up and no follow through with what they promissed

I have written a complaint on hello peter a week ago about paying for extra view without having it due to technical issues and without any assistance from their call centre. Only to get a call promising they would have a technician contact us to arrange to come out to fix the problem. No follow up, no call from a technician it's like they just dont care so I will continue to post on hello peter until I they follow through and fix the problem.
