Trust all is well, Account number ***0 last payment for the amount of R355.00 was on 11 May 2023 . I called in today and requested a paid-up letter only to be advised that my account is under investigation ( Status reads: Faruadelntly ). I was receiving calls from your collections department requesting payment which I had paid in full.

I have 2 active overdue accounts reflecting on my clear score one ending 8122 which I think was incorrectly added to my account.

Can I Please have a paid-up letter for both of my accounts?
