Been trying to get through to Dstv insurance svc is pathetic they repeat the automated message ten times and still make you hold for hours and no one assists I need a repair on my box and I am unable to contact anyone to come to my residence as That’s the insurance I am paying for. It’s ridiculous and on top of that they only open Monday to Friday. People getting Paid to do nothing????????! Useless don’t waste your money
