I called last month to downgrade my package as I am unemployed to my surprise my services were cut off as I did not pay R400 my kids are without a television I send an complaint to customer care as I was not happy because the package I can afford for now is family access have been waiting for reply to date have paying for my view for the past I 7 years and today because I am not working I am treated like nothing at so disappointed -0 service
