0 RATING for multichoice Pethetic service

Multichoice is bed and would advise ppl not to use it, we made our payment on the 3 January and till today we are not connected called this morning and was advised that the matter will be sorted till now its not I told the agent that it's not connected and she asks me why cos it's should be playing. Multichoice is VERY *********** and don't care about there customers. I wud not advise any1 to us it anymore as they ******** us and now it's been 9 days without it What a pethetic and uncalled for service from a big company like yos
