I am waiting 21 days for MULTICHOICE to contact me regarding an inquiry logged on HELLOPETER on 31 MARCH2015. Is this the type of service I am supposed to PAY for on a monthly basis? One of your walk-in managers advised that Rupert will contact me last week already? How long is MULTICHOICE going to take till someone can service me as a client?
