Extension of Gratitude.

I, Mr DAJ Paulo a very Satisfied Client of DSTV only due to a true service provider Miss Them I Goli, I initiated a dispute against DSTV for a wrong billing that was taking part on my DSTV account. I called a hand full of Customer service providers before her. Who handed me a lot of empty promises. Some just never processed any call between me and them. Some just never came back to me. Some don't even know their products and what they are selling to the clients and conspires with the installers to rip me off my hard earned money. Other just don't even return the calls they promised. I had a lot of ups and downs with them until this blessing of a Lady answered the call today. Where others gave me the run around for over 28days she resolved it in a matter of just only 43minutes. She sorted the entire confusion and helped me to be reimbursed with the amount I was over charged with and has escalated the other situation with regard to matter where her colleague compired with the installer to rip me off my R600 by making me paying extra when those extras were already included in the package deal I took with DSTV Pricelock package. She (Miss Goli) is the perfect candidate to be called DSTV service provider. Not those other bunch of money collectors that are only there to eat customers money and not serving the clients. She deals with clients with passion calmness, She listens to the client and makes client feel important and understood. She spend time in listening and understanding the client and not getting rid of the client to have more free time on their hands to spoil them selves by doing nothing at home. She made me understand that DSTV is capable of doing great things its only the miserable ones there that are destroying the company with their lazy attitude. Miss Thembi Goli I hereby wish to say Thanks a lot, for giving back to me what is truly due to me.
