DSTV Masters are ******!!

Absolute ******!!!

We used them three times: 1st time: I told them i had to get quote first so that it could be approved before they were given the go ahead 2nd time: again i told them i needed a quote first, once it was approved I gave them the go ahead 3rd time: they just went ahead without my permission and then afterwards produced an invoice which was grossly overpriced. When I queried the price (which was marked up by over 300% above RETAIL price), Jack then started threatening me: he said unless I paid them, he would smear the name of my business.

So in summary, Jack heavily ripped us off, charging exorbitantly, and did work without getting my approval first, then when we question the invoice, he threatens me. So unprofessional and darn right *****ery.

I now see they have three other reviews which give the same report.
