Annoyed and angry

I am really annoyed as I am writing this. I was at Y-5 DSTV Kuils river branch and I MA very disappointed with the service that I got from Liezl the consultant and the manager did so little to mediate. Liezl is so rude after she has locked my decoder. I felt like I was drop in the ocean as a client of DSTV and I am certainly looking at other options I have and discontinue my subscription.
