poor service

I don't know who will come up with a better service than what I am getting from DSTV, I paid an installer to come and fix dish, he took 5minutes and left and only to find out that he didn't fix anything, as it stands I cant watch my favorite series, drama or channel. yet I pay ****en R800 January. but still nothing. maybe someone needs to us lazy people something better than DSTV I mean I know no one forced me to pay/subscribe to DSTV. but can I then get service for my money at least. not that you will fix my dish when someone from my area complains. I feel like DSTV has become like Zuma, take our money and advise us to install a debit order yet they cant sort a problem of putting back my channels. I wonder if there is another channel that I can be heard. CRYING OUT FOR HELP
