DSTV Installers appalling service

I recently bought a DSTV HD decoder with installation on the 08/12/2017. I was advised to call accredited dstv installers around my area who promised to come and install in the next 2 days, and as promised they did. My account was activated and I was happy. 3 weeks after the installation, the satellite lost signal. I immediately called the installers and again they promised to have it fixed in the next two days. It has been nearly 2 weeks since I've been waiting for the installers and they keep reassuring me that they will definitely come. What really ****es me off is that I've paid my dstv compact account in full and yet I have no viewing. Is this fair? What are your values on treating customers fairly? What kind of business are you running?
